    I have tendonitis in my elbow, and my therapist just put this tape on me Wednesday, July 2nd, I don’t know how long it will take to feel relief, or if I should have it done again the next time I go to therapy. I use crutches on a daily basis, so, will this defeat the purpose of the taping?
